CII Mysuru to organise session on legal essentials for HR and IR teams

The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Mysuru, will organise a session on ‘Legal Essentials for HR and IR Professionals: Compliance, Contracts and Conflict Management’ on Friday, September 12.

The session will highlight practical aspects of workforce compliance, safer approaches to contractual employment, and the evolving labour law landscape in the light of recent apex court judgements and insights into contemporary IR practices, labour laws, and strategies for effective workforce management.

Prashanth B.K., Advocate and Consultant, CCI-Legal, will be the key speaker at the event. Mr. Prashanth is recognised for his deep expertise in Industrial Law, and his active practice across High Courts, Labour Courts, and Industrial Tribunals, a press release said.

The session will be moderated by Jagadesh R., Convenor, HR and IR Panel, CII Mysuru, and General Manager, HR, IR, and EHS, JK Tyre and Industries Ltd.
