'Clean Kashi, Green Kashi': Smart water ATM inaugurated at Assi Ghat and Ravidas Gate

VARANASI: Two smart water ATMs were inaugurated at Assi Ghat and Ravidas Gate on Sunday. This facility will ensure consistent access to safe drinking water for both residents and visitors.This initiative, between Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Limited and Utkarsh Welfare Foundation, aims to combat waterborne diseases and promote sustainable urban infrastructure.Govind Singh, Managing Director & CEO of Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Limited, said that the Water ATM is not just a facility; it’s a lifeline that embodies the vision of inclusive growth.“These facilities will not only serve residents and pilgrims but also reinforce our collective vision of a healthier, more sustainable Varanasi under the Clean Kashi, Green Kashi initiative,” said the Mayor Ashok Kumar Tiwari.
