I think everything is catching up and really setting for men. Maybe a biiiit of the baby blues and some dissociation with the hormone changes, etc. It’s normal, and I’m keeping an eye on it and making sure I notice if it gets worse.”The post further stated“Also really doesn’t help. I can't get outside and take a mental health walk cause we have entered the 100-degree+ weather here in AZ but just reminding myself that this is all temporary and counting the many blessings.”
