Dumka: Four cyber criminals were arrested for allegedly murdering a 25-year-old youth from Banka district of Bihar over dispute related to money.The deceased was identified as Vikash Kumar Yadav alias Vicky.
He too was involved in cybercrime, said the police.His bullet-riddled body was recovered from an abandoned location near Sakribandh under the Taljhari police station in Dumka on Dec 15.Police have also seized the firearm and a car used in the crime, it said on Wednesday.“The main accused — Sandeep Yadav — is still at large,” Dumka superintendent of police (SP) Pitambar Singh Kherwar said, adding that the murder was due to dispute over money.“Probe revealed that the deceased owed money to the main accused, pertaining to the share in a fraud and was reluctant to pay the amount. The main accused and the victim were distant relatives," Kherwar said.Kherwar said that the main accused then abducted the victim along with the four others and murdered him.Those arrested have been identified as Chandrakant Kumar Yadav (21), Dhiraj Kumar (22), Nitesh Kumar alias Widdu (22), and Arvind Kumar (19).
