Taylor Swift almost had a snake ‘somewhere’ in her house, and the radar points at the actress Zoë Kravitz and her mother Lisa Bonet after they lost their pet into the hole. The result? There was scratching on the walls, tiles dismantled, and the bathroom destroyed. Describing the incident in an interview with Seth Meyers, Kravitz revealed that during the LA fires, she had to evacuate and had found a way to her friend’s house. She invited her mother to the billionaire’s house, as Bonet lived in Topanga Canyon. Indeed, the 57-year-old arrived (along with a pet snake) and they stayed in the residence for more than two weeks.
What happened in Taylor Swift's bathroom?
When it was the last day of the ‘Big Little Lies’ actress, she was packing up her bags when her mother called her, while being in the same house with a squeaky voice.
Keeping her panic mode on, Bonet explained that the pet snake, Orpheus, found a little hole in the corner while she was washing her face in the bathroom. Bonet was holding the snake's tail with all her might, and as they both were figuring out the hole, the time was ticking, and the snake was getting further.
The drama-filled bathroom had Kravitz’s assistant and, later, the house manager to help out with the messy situation, who tore apart the banquette with a crowbar.
“We’re ripping up the tile, we’re scratching the walls,” she said in the conversation, adding that at that point, only a little of the snake’s tail was left. The two options left were: Either the team destroys the bathroom, or tell Taylor Swift that she has a snake somewhere in the house.
The quick update about the bathroom and the snake
Choosing the first option, they successfully managed the situation, but ruined the classic aesthetic bathroom that looked like the ‘30s. Joking about the incident, Meyers noted that the snake might get three songs in Swift’s next album. Giving an update, Kravitz mentioned that Swift was "quite cool" about the bathroom, and it's all fixed in an interview with Vanity Fair.
