The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday arrested former MUDA (Mysuru Urban Development Authority) Commissioner Dinesh Kumar in connection with an alleged land allotment scam.
Kumar’s role came under scrutiny for allegedly facilitating the illegal allocation of compensation plots to ineligible recipients. He was earlier suspended by the government following preliminary findings.
This development comes just days after Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and his family were given a clean chit by the judicial commission probing the alleged MUDA scam.
