Gunasekaran's brothers, Kathir and Gnanam, are urged to leave him to his fate, sparking intense conflict. Despite their initial shock and a physical altercation, Kumar devises a plan for their return. Kathir, however, issues a bold warning, promising a grand return and asserting his control, setting the stage for major confrontations.
The prelude for 'Ethirneechal Thodargiradhu' shows that the plot creeps along with the tension, and Gunasekaran is still underground with his younger brothers. Kumar proposes a strategic plan and suggests that sending Kathir and Gnanam back home on anticipatory bail could create a balance if the women folks are controlled.
Their return will stem any further complaints, as Kumar argues, and Gunasekaran, despite his agitation, is interested in trying it out, so he makes a call to a lawyer on their behalf. Gunasekaran shocks everyone with his decision
Gunasekaran, aside to his brothers’ disappointment, takes them by surprise asking them to leave him. “Come on, you cannot stay with me forever, come back to your wives, children, and all your other things, except, “ME”.
I can even go back to the police and confess myself!” He said. The brothers were shocked. Kathir jumps at the chance to offer brotherhood and calls Gnanam a police informer. Gnanam scrolls back and forth leaving those present to listen to the details of the scuffle.
From a war of words, it now shifted to physical and Gunasekaran has to intervene and separate them.
Emotions flare as Kumar steps in
As tensions rise, Kumar steps in and questions their ingratitude towards Gunasekaran for all he had done for them.
Both Kathir and Gnanam agree that they would do all for their brother. However, Gunasekaran is adamant, asking them to forget about the past and move on with their lives and families while he deals with his dilemma. It is apparent Kumar has lost the grip over the situation; he immediately responds with a revised strategy, indicating that their main concern is to get the brothers home.
Kumar reassures Gunasekaran that all the necessary arrangements will be in place and tells him to talk once again to the lawyer.
A bold warning sets the tone for what’s next
The new promo of ‘Ethirneechal Thodargiradhu’ just upped the ante. Before he departs, Kathir informs Gunasekaran that he will scour the entire house and return with him in a grand manner. A short time later, Kathir and Gnanam arrive at the location of the food truck, leaving everyone astonished. Kathir tells them to pack their things and return home. Janani asks him why he has the guts to tell her so. To this, Kathir responds that he will be in control from now on. Power, threat, and arrogance working together, the promo suggests some major confrontation in ‘Ethirneechal Thodargiradhu’.
