The Yadgir Lions Club senior member and BJP leader Rachanagouda Mudnal has celebrated the birth anniversaries of the late former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vaypayee, the late former Minister Vishwanath Reddy Mudnal, and the late former MLA Veerabaswanth Reddy Mudnal by organising a free health and eye checkup camp in Wadagera town in the Yadgir district on Thursday.

The Lions Club Yadgir, VBR Multi Speciality Hospital Yadgir, and Lions Hospital Maheboob Nagar jointly organised the camp.

“Free health and eye checkups were done for 350 people. It has been decided to conduct free eye surgery for 50 people, and of them, a first batch containing 30 people will be sent to Maheboob Nagar, and the remaining 20 people will be sent in the second batch,” Mr. Rachanagouda said.

Bheemanagouda Kyatnal, chairman, Lions Club, said that the club will hold future free health checkup camps even in major hobli centers and villages to take health facilities to the needy.

Various seers of mutts who delivered speeches said that Rachanagouda Mudnal made this day most memorable by celebrating the veteran leader’s birth anniversary by holding a free health camp and asked him to continue with the legacy of the Mudnal family in public service.
