G-Dragon involved in another 'dating' rumor with Lee Joo Yeon; the actress’s agency issues an official statement

BIGBANG member G-Dragon has been recently involved in a lot of dating rumors. From TWICE’s Sana and Mizuhara Kiko to Girls' Generation's Taeyeon and actress Lee Joo Yeon, his name has been brought up in a lot of dating speculations as of late.

As of now, the idol has been involved in a dating rumor with Joo Yeon, and that too for the 5th time! The actress’s company recently issued a statement regarding the rumors after online debates started.

Actress Lee Joo Yeon’s agency issues a prompt statement regarding dating rumors with G-Dragon

After the dating speculations spread like wildfire online, Joo Yeon’s company quickly issued a statement denying all rumors and putting the issue to rest, as per Koreaboo. In their statement, the company simply shared that “the ongoing dating rumors between G-Dragon and Lee Jooyeon are not true.”Earlier in April, the actress had taken to her social media accounts to share a selfie where she was posing with a gray-colored cat. Soon afterwards, a lot of netizens spread rumors and speculations about the photo. Many pointed out that the background in the photo shared a lot of similarities with G-Dragon’s house. Others also shared that the cat that Joo Yeon was holding also shared a lot of similarities with the idol’s cat, Iye, as well.

What started the dating speculations?This is not the first time that G-Dragon and Lee Joo Yeon have sparked dating rumors amongst netizens. Back in 2017, the rumors were spreading in full force, to which the management companies of both artists had replied with a statement saying, "They are only good friends."The rumors surfaced yet again, approximately three times in 2019. Afterwards, some sources had also claimed that the two had been seen together on Jeju Island for a vacation, sparking dating speculations for the 4th time. This marks the 5th time that G-Dragon and Lee Joo Yeon have found themselves at the center of dating rumors!
