During the Q&A session, a fan asked Sunita Ahuja to comment on Deepika Padukone's statement on respecting a mother's schedule on sets and whether a moviemaker should think of this prior to planning the shoots. Responding to the question, Sunita said, "What Deepika has said, I think she is right. Because, look, work is also important.
But first of all, I have to take care of my kids. So, I think what Deepika has said is right.
After shooting for 8 hours, it is important to give time to your kids."Sunita Ahuja further added, "You should take care of your kids in front of your own eyes. Because I have never given my kids to a servant. And Deepika must have said this because she is a good mother. Producers should think."

As per several reports, Deepika Padukone demanded 8-hour shifts, profit-sharing, and other conditions, which eventually led to her exit from Sandeep Reddy Vanga's 'Spirit', starring Prabhas.
However, her stepping out of the project sparked massive discussion in the industry.The actress later exited from another Telugu film, 'Kalki 2', over similar issues.
Deepika Padukone's project
On the work front, Deepika Padukone will next feature in Allu Arjun's film, directed by Atlee. The mass entertainer will reportedly star Rashmika Mandanna, Mrunal Thakur, and more. The release date of the project is yet to be announced.On the other hand, the actress will also feature in Shah Rukh Khan's 'King'. The film is set to mark the big screen debut of SRK's daughter, Suhana Khan. Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film will release in 2026.
