In a major crackdown on corruption, the Pushkar Singh Dhami government on Tuesday suspended the District Magistrate (DM) of Haridwar, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), and the Municipal Commissioner with immediate effect in connection with a land scam.

In a major crackdown on corruption, the Pushkar Singh Dhami government on Tuesday suspended the District Magistrate (DM) of Haridwar, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), and the Municipal Commissioner with immediate effect in connection with a land scam.

In a first, all senior officials were suspended simultaneously following a probe ordered by Uttarakhand Chief Minister Dhami.
