‘How could anyone not love’, asks Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang as he praises Google Gemini Nano Banana; Sundar Pichai reacts

Internet is recently obsessed with Google Gemini’s Nano Banana image creation tool. Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang is the latest one to join the fan following of Google Gemini Nano Banana. Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang has all the praises for Google Gemini’s latest AI image generator, Nano Banana.

Speaking to the Wired in an interview, Huang was not able to contain his enthusiasm, “How could anyone not love Nano Banana? I mean Nano Banana, how good is that? Tell me it’s not true!”The tool, which was launched recently enabled users to make precise edits to AI-generated images while preserving the integrity of faces, animals, and background elements. Google Labs VP Josh Woodward recently revealed that Nano Banana started a surge of over 300 million images in early September making it immensely popular.

A viral moment and Sundar Pichai’s reaction

Huang’s animated endorsement quickly went viral, prompting a response from Google CEO Sundar Pichai. After Google DeepMind’s Nicole Brichtova shared a post on social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter) that , “Jensen Huang being a Nano Banana fan made my day,” Pichai quote-tweeted with a simple reply: “Mine too.”This exchange added a playful twist to an otherwise high-stakes week in AI, as Nvidia joined other tech giants in announcing major investments in UK-based data centers and AI research.

As per the report by Wired, Nvidia has committed an investment of $683 million to center builder Nscale, projecting over $68 billion in revenue over six years.

Jensen Huang’s AI arsenal

Apart from Nano Banana, Huang also shared the insights abut how he uses AI tools in his daily life. Huang revealed that for technical tasks he prefer Google Gemini and for artistic projects he uses Grok. He also mentioned that for fast research he finds Perplexity useful and his everyday tasks are handled by ChatGPT. “I use it every day, and it’s improved my learning, my thinking… I have the benefit of using all the AI—how good is that?” he said.Huang also described a workflow where he give the same prompts to various AI agents and asks them to critique each other’s responses before selecting the best one. “It’s a thinking partner… and it saves me a ton of time,” Huang explained.
