Hwasa reveals weight loss journey for latest comeback
Hwasa and Moonbyul both sat down to have food for a vlog on the latter’s online channel, ‘moonbyul2da.’ The two, while talking about their everyday life, came to the topic of food. Moonbyul started the conversation by sharing how she has been eating a lot more these days. She shared, “After taking a long break, I started eating a lot. Since I wasn’t moving much or dancing, my weight went over 50kg.”
She further added that she has dropped down to 45kg after exercise, after which Hwasa shared that she shares the same weight.Moonbyul then talked about Hwasa’s weight loss journey and asked the singer what had happened in recent times to make her lose this much weight. The ‘TWIT’ singer replied by saying, “I changed my workout routine for my comeback. My performance style is usually very intense, from the first song to the last.
When I was at my slimmest, I couldn’t handle that kind of stage. But my new song has a more delicate and emotional feel.
It tells the story of someone with a painful past, so I planned to shape a softer, more fragile image this time. You know how emotional stress can make you lose weight. I think that’s part of it too.”The singer made her official comeback on October 15 with the song 'Good Goodbye', which has a more soft and melodious tone to it, as compared to some of her ther music that is more bold and upbeat.
