Hyderabad to get five 63-storey towers as GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks announces ₹3,169-crore project

GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra LLP on Thursday announced the launch of its flagship luxury residential venture, The Cascades Neopolis, a ₹3,169-crore project set to come up in Hyderabad’s upscale Neopolis layout.

Spread across 7.34 acres, the ambitious development will comprise five residential towers, each rising to 63 floors and reaching a height of 217 metres. The developers have set a handover target of March 2030.

The gated community will house 1,189 3BHK and 4BHK apartments, with unit sizes ranging from 2,560 square feet to 4,825 square feet. In addition, the project will offer 10 exclusive triplex penthouses, each featuring a private pool on Level 54, designed for high-end buyers, said a release.

The release further added that The Cascades Neopolis will include extensive amenities at both ground and sky levels. Parking will be spread across seven levels, including two basement and five podium floors, ensuring ample space for residents.
