HYDRAA removes encroachments at Nizampet

The Hyderabad Disaster Response & Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAA) secured 10 acres of government land from encroachments in Nizampet on Thursday.

Receiving complaints from local residents, HYDRAA officials together with Revenue department officials, conducted a field inspection, and confirmed the allegations. Without touching the occupied dwellings, an operation by the agency ensured removal of sheds and compound walls from the land, after which it was fenced off and sign boards were installed, a statement from HYDRAA informed.
