In 2022, the former Victoria’s Secret model Gisele Bündchen opened up to British Vogue about how she was once traumatised by the outfit she had to wear on the runway at an Alexander McQueen fashion show in 1998.

The outfit was too revealing for her taste as she said, "That was one of the most traumatic moments…I had no rehearsal, so when I showed up for the show, I was like, 'So, what am I going to wear?'"Gisele Bündchen also added how there was a language barrier and she failed to understand if she had to wear the transparent outfit over a top.

It was only later that she realised she had to wear the transparent outfit on its own, which left her traumatised.Gisele Bündchen said, “And I said, 'Is that a T-shirt or something?' No, that was it. That's how I started to cry." She continued, "I was walking around thinking, 'I hope my dad never sees these pictures.' All I wanted to do was walk away, but, you know, it's one of those things that makes you stronger.”
