The actor reportedly bought the property around a year ago and has since spoken about the ease and familiarity that draw him back. For Saif, the appeal lies in how instantly the space puts him at ease. “I am relaxed already,” he remarked, capturing the feeling he associates with returning to the apartment.

He also highlighted the sense of seclusion it offers, describing it as “peaceful, luxurious, and very private,” suggesting that privacy and calm were central to his decision.Set within The Pearl Island, a high-end waterfront development designed around resort-style living — the property sits in a location known for exclusivity. According to the report, residences in the complex can be priced anywhere between Rs 7 crore and Rs 50 crore, depending on size and features.
