The Miami Heat star did not sound optimistic while talking about his return. According to Haliburton, he would officially return around the 2026 NBA season.

The Miami Heat star said,“I had some close friends and family and mentors that said, ‘Shut it down.’

I was like, ‘Hell no. Hell no. I asked (Kevin Durant), ‘Do you regret playing in the game you tore (your Achilles)?’ He said, ‘No, not at all.’ I don’t regret it.’Taking a deep breath, Tyrese Haliburton happily admitted,“This isn’t the end. I’m 25.”
