J&K High Court releases OMR exam results, interview schedule for Junior Assistant posts
J&K High Court result 2025: In a significant development, the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has officially declared the results of the OMR-based written examination for the posts of Junior Assistant in the District Judiciary of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
The written exams were held on March 16, 2025 for candidates from the Kashmir Division and on March 23, 2025 for those from the Jammu Division.As per the official notification issued by the Chief Justice's Secretariat, hundreds of aspirants appeared in the competitive recruitment examination held pursuant to Advertisement Notification No. 06 of 2024/Psy dated August 28, 2024. The candidates who have secured top positions in the merit list have been shortlisted for interviews scheduled to commence on June 23, 2025.
These interviews will be conducted at the High Court Complex, Janipur, Jammu for the Jammu Division, and at the High Court Complex, Srinagar for the Kashmir Division.Top scorers emerge in competitive fieldAmong the hundreds who appeared, a few outstanding candidates from both divisions have emerged as toppers. These candidates demonstrated exceptional merit and consistency in their preparation for the highly competitive OMR-based written test.
From the Kashmir Division, Aaliya Bhat secured the highest score, earning top place in the merit list. A resident of Srinagar, Aaliya attributed her success to daily preparation and guidance from mentors. In the Jammu Division, Amanpreet Singh, hailing from Udhampur, topped the list. His strategic focus on time-bound practice papers and conceptual clarity made a remarkable difference.Many other top-performing candidates across the regions hailed from diverse academic backgrounds, demonstrating that success in such competitive exams is attainable through dedication and disciplined study.Interview dates and document requirementsThe interviews will begin on June 23, 2025. All shortlisted candidates are required to report by 9:00 AM on their respective interview dates, as mentioned in Annexure-A (Jammu Division) and Annexure-B (Kashmir Division) of the official notification.Candidates must carry a valid proof of identity such as Aadhar card, PAN card, driving licence, or passport. Additionally, they are required to present all original documents and certificates (submitted during the online form filling) along with self-attested photocopies.
Failure to produce original documents may lead to disqualification from the selection process.
