Later, the video cuts to Gyllenhaal walking down a hallway, saying that he is feeling nervous and excited about meeting Cooper, with a wrapped gift in his hand.

Owen is then in a hotel room, giving another interview, when the actor suddenly bursts into the room as a surprise, leading to an emotional and adorable moment shared between the two stars.

Gyllenhaal talked about how, before one of his big movies, one of his friends gave him the same gift as a bit of luck, and that he wanted Owen to have that same thing. He shared, “I made this movie (Brokeback Mountain), and I got nominated for an Academy Award. A friend of mine sent me something just like this. It’s a lucky duck. To give you a little bit of luck.” The ‘Adolescence’ actor can be seen unwrapping the gift, which shows a “lucky duck” to keep in his pocket at all times.

Cooper also shared a series of photos of meeting and talking to Jake Gyllenhaal, with the caption reading, “It was an honor and a privilege to meet an icon of the game like Jake, and I will never forget it @jakegyllenhaal.”
