Justin Baldoni jokes about 'missing sexual harassment training'; rolls his eyes after 'awkward' chat with Blake Lively - WATCH

Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively's legal drama shows no signs of slowing down. The stars of the film 'It Ends With Us' have been at warring paths ever since New Year's eve. However, now, with the release of a new video, the discussion has taken a new turn.

A behind-the-scenes video from the set of 'It Ends With Us' has surfaced online and has sparked renewed interest in the allegations made against both sides. In footage, reportedly submitted as an exhibit in the case, the actor-director can be seen joking and rolling his eyes while saying he “missed the sexual harassment training” while preparing to film a scene with Lively.

Justin's video goes viral

In the clip, Baldoni appears to tell Lively, “I think it’s pretty hot."

He then goes on to add, "Sexy," while seemingly commenting on her onsie costume.Moments later, he comments that she has something in her teeth and calls out, “Can we get a toothpick, please?”Turning to Slate, Baldoni quips, “Sorry, I missed the sexual harassment training,” before looking directly at the camera and smiling while rolling his eyes.

What was said in court documents

In a court filing that the actor claimed that he was apologizing “if his remark was inappropriate," and added that the actress was, "all good."

Baldoni’s legal team further contended that his “sexy” comment had been blown out of proportion, noting that Lively was not “scantily clad” but dressed in a fleece onesie. According to reports, Baldoni, during the prep for the shoot, also notes that the room where they were shooting was 'hot', while also trying to make sure his stars were comfortable.

About the legal drama

Lively has accused Baldoni of misconduct, claims he has denied and even filed a countersuit, alleging civil extortion and defamation. His countersuit was dismissed in June, and the case was formally closed last month, when Baldoni chose not to file an amended complaint.Meanwhile, Baldoni has asked a judge to dismiss Lively’s lawsuit as well, arguing that “no reasonable jury” would find him liable for the $161 million in alleged lost profits she is seeking.
