Kannada actor Ranya Rao to be questioned by I-T officials in gold smuggling case

Kannada actor Ranya Rao, lodged in Bengaluru central prison, is set to be questioned by tax officials in a Rs 12 crore gold smuggling case. The investigation will focus on her bank accounts, funding sources, and influential associates. The Income Tax department has been granted permission to interrogate Rao for three days inside the prison, with the entire process to be videographed.
