Katari couple murder case verdict on October 30

The XI Additional District and Sessions Court postponed the verdict in the 2015 Katari Mohan and Anuradha double murder case to October 30, here on Monday. The judgment was earlier scheduled for Monday (October 27).

The former Chittoor Mayor and her husband were brutally murdered inside the Municipal office on November 17, 2015, reportedly over political and family disputes. Five accused, including A-1 Chandrasekhar alias Chintu (46), the nephew of the slain couple, were named in the case, along with four of his accomplices, while 22 others were acquitted of the charges.
