'KD: The Devil': Kiccha Sudeep joins Dhruva Sarja starrer; makers share picture with the team

Kannada superstar Kiccha Sudeep has officially joined the Dhruva Sarja and Sanjay Dutt starrer crime drama 'KD: The Devil'. The production house has announced that the 'Vikrant Rona' star is entering the world of 'KD'.

On their official social media handles, the makers wrote, "The wait is over! #KicchaSudeep officially enters the world of #KD." Fans shared their excitement in comments to watch their favorite star in the film, as a netizen wrote, "Kiccha boss". Another fan wrote, "King Kiccha", "Powerhouse" and posts like "KD = KICHCHA x DHRUVA". Some fans tagged the star and asked for an update on his other projects.

The makers also shared multiple pictures of Kiccha Sudeep meeting the crew and lead.

About 'KD: The Devil'

Speaking of 'KD: The Devil', the movie is directed by Prem and it stars Bollywood giants like Sanjay Dutt and Shilpa Shetty in key roles and also includes Reeshma Nanaiah, V. Ravichandran, Ramesh Aravind, and several others.The film is set in the early 70s and is expected to be a criminal drama following the story of Kaali aka KD in the underworld gangsters.The film, which was announced to be released on September 4th this year, got postponed and the new release date is yet to be shared by the makers.

The music is being composed by Arjun Janya.On the other hand, Kichcha Sudeep has multiple projects to work on. After his successful last outing, 'Max', he will be seen in 'Billa Ranga Baasha'. He is also reuniting with director Vijay Karthikeyaa. He will also work on the sequel, 'Kabzaa 2', which is in the pre-production phase.
