Kelly Piquet shares celebratory pics with Max Verstappen as his Abu Dhabi Grand Prix win coincided with her birthday

Max Verstappen won the F1 season finale in Abu Dhabi earlier this month and finished second in the F1 World Championship this year. But the Red Bull star had another reason to celebrate, as it coincided with his girlfriend Kelly Piquet’s 37th birthday.

Piquet has now shared a bunch of pictures from her birthday celebrations and, of course, they include a few happy selfies with the four-time world champion. Verstappen and Piquet have a nine-year age gap between them and welcomed their daughter, Lily, in May this year.

Kelly Piquet shared a variety of pictures from December and captioned the post, “Birthday pinks and black&whites,” while adding a heart-with-arrow emoji to complete it.

Max Verstappen did not drop a comment but did leave a ‘like’ on the post. The bunch includes a few selfies with Verstappen and also a picture of their baby girl, Lily, without showing her face. A group picture shows the couple posing with several of their couple friends during a feast. There is also a picture of Kelly in a chartered plane, smiling and holding a tiny cake with the number 37 on top of it. The post includes glimpses of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix as well, for which Piquet dressed up in a translucent lavender shirt and a straight skirt.

Pointing at Verstappen’s selfies with Kelly, a fan wrote, “The fourth and the tenth photossss” to show their affection for the couple. Another commented, “A for effort, F for authenticity.” Pointing at the age difference between Kelly and Max, a fan wrote, “Max is 28, let that sink in.” But another remarked, “37 like 27.”

Kelly Piquet was there to cheer for Max Verstappen as he won the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on her birthday on December 7.

She was present in Abu Dhabi along with her elder daughter Penelope. Penelope is the daughter of Piquet from her former relationship with F1 driver Daniil Kvyat. Max Verstappen lost the F1 World Championship to McLaren’s Lando Norris by just two points. He has already won the title four times in his F1 career.
