The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala has reopened the application facility for the second stray vacancy round of the Kerala National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) AYUSH counselling 2025.
Candidates who have not applied earlier can submit a fresh application on the official website, cee.kerala.gov.in, until 12.30 pm on 20 November, 2025.This round is being held to fill seats that remained unoccupied after the first stray vacancy process, along with any additional vacancies that may arise in Ayurveda (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery), Homoeopathy (Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery), Siddha (Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery), and Unani (Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery) programmes.
CEE has stated that the updated seat matrix will be published separately once the vacant seats after the first stray vacancy round are confirmed.As per the eligibility rules, applicants must have passed Class 12 or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Biotechnology as compulsory subjects. Fresh applicants included in the revised rank list will be permitted to participate in this phase of counselling.
The revised list, released on 11 November, has declared 44,428 candidates eligible for AYUSH courses on the basis of their NEET 2025 ranks.
The updated rank list for the second stray vacancy round will be published after the application deadline.
Kerala AYUSH NEET UG stray vacancy round 2025: Steps to apply
Candidates can follow these steps to complete the application process:
- Visit the official website: cee.kerala.gov.in.
- Click on the Kerala AYUSH NEET UG 2025 link available on the homepage.
- Select the registration option and create a new profile using the required details.
- Log in with the generated credentials.
- Fill in the application form and upload the necessary documents.
- Review the information and submit the form.
- Download a copy of the submitted application for reference.

Documents required for fresh applicants
Students applying for the first time and seeking reservation benefits must upload the following:
- Class 10 certificate
- Date of birth certificate
- Nativity proof
- Community certificate
- Non-creamy layer certificate for state education purposes
- Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) certificate
- Income certificate
Kerala AYUSH NEET UG stray vacancy round 2025: Key guidelines
CEE has issued the following instructions for students:
- Candidates who have already applied through the Kerala Engineering Architecture and Medical Entrance Examination 2025 do not need to apply again.
- Submitting more than one application may result in disqualification.
- Fresh applicants seeking reservation or fee concession must upload the relevant supporting documents with their form.
- New applicants will be considered only for reservation categories that remain available after the first stray vacancy round. No further chance to upload documents will be provided.
- These candidates will be allotted seats based on their category status and the seats available after round 1.
