If your ticket number matches the winning list, you can claim your prize at the Kerala Lottery Office, located at Gorky Bhavan, near Bakery Junction in Thiruvananthapuram.

To claim your prize, you will need to submit the following documents:

  • The original winning ticket, self-attested on both sides.
  • A passport-size photograph attested by a Gazetted Officer.
  • A self-attested copy of your PAN card (for tax compliance).
  • Valid ID and address proof (such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, Ration Card or PAN card).
  • A duly filled prize claim form, available online, with a revenue stamp affixed as per official guidelines.
