Winners should first verify their ticket number by comparing it with the official results published in the Kerala Government Gazette. If the ticket number matches, they need to visit the Kerala Lottery Office at Gorky Bhavan, near Bakery Junction in Thiruvananthapuram, to claim their prize.

To complete the prize claim process, the following documents are required:

  1. The original winning ticket, with self-attestation on both the front and back
  2. A passport-sized photograph attested by a Gazetted Officer
  3. A self-attested copy of the PAN card (for income tax purposes)
  4. Valid identity and address proof such as Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Ration Card or PAN card
  5. A duly filled prize money receipt form (available online), affixed with a revenue stamp, submitted according to official guidelines

All prize claims must be made within 30 days from the date of the draw.
