Winners are required to verify their ticket numbers against the official results published in the Kerala Government Gazette. If the number matches, the winner must visit the Kerala Lottery Office at Gorky Bhavan, near Bakery Junction in Thiruvananthapuram, to claim their prize.

To process the claim, the following documents must be submitted:

• The original winning ticket, with both sides self-attested
• A passport-size photograph, attested by a Gazetted Officer
• A self-attested copy of the PAN card (for tax-related purposes)
• Valid ID and address proof (such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, Ration Card or PAN card)
