Patna is set to witness a new chapter in healthcare, as Khan Sir, widely known for his teaching and public service, takes a step into the medical field. The upcoming hospital aims to offer essential treatments at affordable rates, focusing on accessibility for all sections of society.Who is Khan Sir?Khan Sir, whose real name is Faizal Khan, is a well-known teacher from Patna, Bihar. He became popular for explaining difficult subjects in a very simple way, especially through his online classes. He has also helped many poor students by giving free guidance and support. Now, he is using his experience and influence to help people in another way—by making medical treatment affordable and accessible for everyone, especially those who cannot afford it.

Dialysis and operation theatre ready for useThe hospital’s dialysis centre and operation theatre have been fully prepared and equipped. According to the Patna Press, Khan Sir personally inspected the facilities, reviewing surgical equipment, patient areas, and dialysis machines, while guiding staff on immediate improvements to ensure the highest standards.“Our aim is to make healthcare accessible to everyone. Treatment here will be cheaper than in government hospitals,” Khan Sir said during his visit, as quoted by the Patna Press.
In addition to dialysis, the hospital will include a blood bank and cancer treatment facilities, reflecting a commitment to comprehensive, affordable care.

Operation theatre redesigned for safetyA major highlight of the project is the redesigned operation theatre. According to a report by News 18, the initial design included glossy tiles, which Khan Sir later identified as a potential risk for surgical hygiene. As quoted by the Patna Press, he explained: “When two tiles join, their fine gap becomes a home for bacteria, viruses, and fungus.
Even a mustard seed could hold thousands of them.”Following this observation, the tiles were replaced with medical-grade anti-infection mats. These mats, resembling marble, are safer for surgical use and easier to maintain, ensuring a sterile environment.Dialysis centre fully operational

As reported by the Patna Press, the dialysis unit is now fully functional, equipped with advanced machines and strict infection control measures. Khan Sir personally tested the equipment under the supervision of medical professionals to ensure readiness for patient care.Affordable treatment for everyoneKhan Sir’s new hospital has one clear goal– to make medical treatment affordable for everyone. He wants to make sure that even the poorest families can get proper healthcare without worrying about money. The hospital will provide important services like dialysis, surgeries, and regular check-ups at very low cost, so no one has to skip treatment just because they can’t afford it.Cheaper than government hospitals

Government hospitals are known for low-cost treatment, but they often remain overcrowded, and patients have to wait for hours to get help.
At times, there aren’t enough doctors or machines available. Khan Sir wants to change that. His new hospital plans to offer similar treatments– but faster, cleaner, and even cheaper than government hospitals.Reports suggest that dialysis and basic surgeries will cost less than what most government hospitals charge. The hospital will also keep billing simple and transparent, so patients know exactly what they’re paying for.
The idea is to bring together affordable prices and good quality care under one roof.Inspired by real strugglesKhan Sir has always been known for helping people– from guiding students to supporting poor families during tough times. Over the years, he has seen how difficult it can be for many in Patna to afford medical care. That’s what inspired him to take this step into healthcare– to create a place where those who need treatment the most can get it without stress or delay.A step towards better public healthcareThrough this hospital, Khan Sir hopes to show that good healthcare doesn’t have to come with a high price tag. He wants to build a system that is both affordable and well-managed– one that can inspire others to open similar centres across Bihar and beyond. If successful, this initiative could become a lifeline for thousands of people who can’t afford private treatment. It’s another big step by Khan Sir towards his larger dream– making basic needs like education and healthcare accessible to all.Note: The hospital images used in this article are from Canva and are for representation purposes only.
