Kylie Jenner reveals details of her plastic surgery to help fan achieve a 'natural' look

There may have been a time when Kylie Jenner stayed mum about her cosmetic surgeries and other enhancement procedures, but now the reality TV star is spilling the beans for a fan. Offering rare insight into her procedures, Jenner opened up about the specifics of her breast augmentation surgery to help a fan on TikTok attain the same results.
The beauty mogul and reality TV star shared the details after Rachel Leary reached out to her in a TikTok video and praised her "natural-looking" figure. Asking for guidance on how to achieve the look, she said, “Please can you just tell me/us/anyone that’s interested, what it is that you asked for when you had your boobs done?”

She even admitted curiously whether the effect was achieved with implants or a fat transfer. While expressing her doubt about the star ever seeing her video, much to her surprise Kylie responded directly in the comments, writing: “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol.”

With that reply, Kylie not only confirmed the specifications of her implants but also shared the name of her surgeon who happens to be a well-known plastic surgeon based in Beverly Hills.

Jenner previously admitted to having undergone breast enhancement surgery before the birth of her daughter Stormi. However, this is the first time she has publicly shared precise details about the procedure.

Her candid response has sparked praise from fans calling her a "girl's girl" for helping normalise conversations around body enhancement procedures and for her openness in an industry often criticised for lack of transparency.
