Lava Agni 4 launches on November 20: Price, camera, processor and other expected features

Lava is all set to expand its smartphone category in India with the launch of Agni 4. The handset is expected to be a mid-range device which may be priced below Rs 30,000. Ahead of the launch, Lava has announced a Demo@Home campaign where it facilitates the visit of a Lava engineer to homes of interested buyers.

They will help them walkthrough the device and try out the device's design and capabilities. It is an invite-only campaign and will run from November 20 to November 24, in Bengaluru, Delhi, and Mumbai. Before launch, the rumour mill has been buzzing with expected features of Lava Agni 4. Lava Agni 4 expected features

Design & BuildThe phone comes with an aluminium alloy frame, a matte AG glass back, and 1.7 mm slim bezels. It is available in Phantom Black and Lunar Mist White.

The company says the design improves durability and in-hand comfort.Processor & performanceIt runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 5G chip (4nm, up to 3.35GHz). The device scores more than 1.4 million on AnTuTu (V10). It uses LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. The model includes 8GB RAM, expandable to 16GB, and 256GB storage. A 4300 mm² vapor-chamber cooling system and a Game Booster mode are also included.DisplayThe phone features a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 2400 nits.

It offers 10-bit colour depth, 446 PPI and 1.07 billion colours. The display is tuned for better visibility under strong outdoor light.Camera SystemThe rear setup has a 50MP primary camera with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. The front camera is 50MP. Both front and rear cameras support 4K video recording at 60fps. The device includes AI scene and skin-tone adjustments, Dual Conversion Gain for better dynamic range, Dual-View Video and Document Correction.Durability & ProtectionThe phone has a reinforced frame, carries an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance, and can withstand up to an hour of rainfall.
