Lord Krishna’s teachings will continue to inspire future generations, says MLC

Member of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council, Gade Srinivasulu Naidu, on Saturday said that Lord Krishna’s teachings and messages would continue to inspire generations to come. He suggested that youngsters should read Bhagavad Gita slokas regularly to lead a meaningful life and to understand the true power of God.

He was speaking at the Sri Krishna Janmashtami celebrations organised by the Prabhodananda Seva Samiti–Indu Jnanavedika, led by president V. Sankara Rao, at Sri Gurajada Kalakshetram in Vizianagaram. The MLC noted that those who imbibe the inner meaning of the Bhagavad Gita would always move on the right path in their lives.

Event organiser V. Sankara Rao announced that processions, cultural programmes, and spiritual discourses would continue at the venue till August 21, and invited devotees to participate in the festivities. He added that disciples of Acharya Prabhodananda would also spread Lord Krishna’s message in other parts of the district, including Bobbili, Parvatipuram, and nearby towns.
