Kranti sends back Healy four times in four matches
BHOPAL: While defending champions Australia set a mountain of runs for India in the second World Cup semifinal, Madhya Pradesh pacer Kranti Gaud emerged as a redeemer of sorts for the hosts, continuing her impressive streak against Australia's captain Alyssa Healy.India stormed into the Women's World Cup final with a five-wicket win over defending champions Australia. The promising India pacer dismissed the star batter for the fourth consecutive time in WODIs, after the seven-time champions got off to a decent start during their turn with the willow at DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai on Thursday.The 22-year-old, hailing from a small village Ghuwara in Chhatarpur district, made an early impact by securing India's first breakthrough, sending Healy back to the pavilion for a mere five runs off 15 balls. Healy, who entered the semi-final after piling up 299 runs in five innings, was expected to anchor the Australian innings.
