Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, a resident of Madhya Pradesh, received a warm welcome as she arrived in Bhopal for the first time after being acquitted in the Malegaon blasts case.
Former BJP MP Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur asserted that the 2008 Malegaon blasts were a conspiracy by the Congress, and it should be tried for treason, as she received a rousing welcome in Bhopal on Sunday.
Speaking to reporters, the former Bhopal MP said the verdict, acquitting her and all other accused, was a tight slap in the face of those who tried to raise the "saffron terror" bogey in the case.
