Man beaten to death by brother over property dispute in Kalaburagi

A man was beaten to death by his brother over a property dispute at Gadikeshwar Village in Chincholi taluk of Kalaburagi district on Saturday.

The deceased was identified as Ramesh.

According to details made available, the murder took place on Saturday when Sangamesh along with his son visited his brother Ramesh at his residence.

The two brothers have been fighting over inheritance of property. Both of them engaged in yet another argument over property on Saturday. Further, the argument led to a physical fight and in a fit of rage, Sangamesh and his son brutally assaulted Ramesh who died on the spot.

Sulepeth Police, who visited the spot, have registered a case.
