NEET UG counselling 2025 special stray round: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the provisional seat allotment result for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) counselling 2025 special stray round.

According to the official notice, a total of 264 candidates have been included in the provisional allotment list for this round.Candidates who have appeared for the NEET UG 2025 special stray round counselling can check their provisional seat allotment status on the official MCC website. The special stray round is conducted to fill vacant undergraduate medical seats remaining after the completion of all regular counselling rounds.

Objection window open till 12 noon today

The committee has informed candidates that if they find any discrepancy in the provisional allotment result, they may raise objections through email only.

MCC has clearly stated that any communication received after the deadline will not be entertained, and the provisional result will automatically be treated as final.

Provisional result is indicative, says MCC

In the official notice, MCC has clarified that the provisional allotment result is indicative in nature and subject to change.

Candidates cannot claim any right over the allotted seat based on the provisional result.“The candidates cannot claim any right over the allotted seat in the provisional result and the provisional result cannot be challenged before the Court of Law,” the official notice says.Candidates are also advised not to approach their allotted college or institute until the final result is declared and the official allotment letter is downloaded from the MCC website.Read the official notice here.

Reporting schedule for allotted candidates

Once the final seat allotment result is published, candidates will be required to download the allotment letter and report to their allotted medical college or institute within the stipulated time.

Approaching the institute before downloading the allotment letter or before the reporting window opens is not allowed, MCC has clarified.
