NEW DELHI: The Aam Aadmi Party leader Anurag Dhanda on Friday targeted the BJP government in Haryana as it completed its one year.“In one year, the Nayab government has increased crime, betrayed farmers, and disappointed the people,” he said.“The Nayab–Khattar duo has pushed Haryana towards chaos in just one year,” he added.Accusing the state government of betraying the farmers, he said, “The government’s promise of MSP guarantee is broken; paddy farmers forced to sell crops Rs 500–700 below MSP." “Delays in gate passes, deductions on the basis of moisture and grain color, and rampant corruption in procurement have crushed the farmers. The BJP government is pro-trader, not pro-farmer — treating farmers merely as vote banks,” he added. He also targeted the Haryana government for "increased crime" in the state, saying, “In one year, the BJP government has pushed Haryana towards insecurity, corruption, unemployment, and anti-farmer policies. But now the situation will change — the people will ask questions, and the BJP will have to answer.”
