New Collector assumes charge in Perambalur

S. Arunraj took charge as the Collector of Perambalur district on Friday. He succeeds Grace Pachuau, who has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in the Revenue and Disaster Management Department. A native of Tirunelveli district, Mr. Arunraj belongs to the 2015 batch of IAS. Prior to this, he was Collector of Chengalpattu district.

Mr. Arunraj told presspersons that he would make efforts to put Perambalur district on the path of development.
