NIRL inks MoU with Odisha Renewable Energy Development Agency

NLC India Renewables Limited (NIRL), a subsidiary of NLC India Limited (NLCIL), has inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Odisha Renewable Energy Development Agency (OREDA), to collaboratively develop solar, hybrid, rooftop, and energy storage projects to support Odisha’s long-term clean energy roadmap.

According to a press note, the MoU signed at the Global Energy Leaders’ Summit in Puri on Wednesday, marked a significant step towards accelerating renewable energy development across Odisha.

The MoU document was exchanged by Rohit Kumar Pandey, Regional Manager, NLCIL and Saidutta Biplab Keshari Pradhan, Additional Secretary, Department of Energy, Government of Odisha, in the presence of Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo, Deputy Chief Minister of Odisha.
