One of his commenter said, "its giving closeted," while replying to his homophobic remark for Pete Buttigieg's family. On this, Nalin said, "The funniest thing is that when gay people attack/insult a straight person they do so by… calling them gay. Cuz even they know it’s nothing to actually be proud of "The comment didn't go well with users. One of the user said, "This is pretty disappointing, Nalin. You’re, of course, entitled to your beliefs but not sure why you’re attacking gays now."Another said, "It’s insulting because you’re closeted you little pick me b***h. Nikki Haley is the only reason you get 20 likes on a tweet you pathetic self hating foreigner."One person commented: You’re definitely a faceless torso on GrindrNalin Haley, 24, has been gaining notoriety for his intensified online presence. The political nepo baby, who has became more vocal and involved politically during his mother's 2024 presidential campaign, has continued to speak out and seems to be posing himself for a young political career as a rising star in the 'America First' faction of the Republican Party.
Earlier, he attacked former mayor Pete Buttigieg on X, writing: "In a world of Pete Buttigiegs, be normal" and "And if the world was full of Pete Buttigiegs like Mr. Krassenstein would prefer, humanity would cease to exist."The remarks were made in response to a post by political commentator Ed Krassenstein, who posted an image of Buttigieg with his husband and children and wrote: "In a world of Donald Trumps and Pete Hegseths, be a Pete Buttigieg."Pete and Chasten adopted Joseph August ‘Gus’ and Penelope Rose in 2021 while living in Washington, DC, where Buttigieg was serving as President Joe Biden’s transport secretary. The attack was clearly in regards to Buttigieg’s sexual orientation. A spokesperson for Buttigieg did not immediately respond to the Daily Mail when reached about the posts and a contact for Nikki Haley did not respond to the Daily Mail’s request for comment on whether she agrees with her son’s stance or supports his aggressive social media activity. Buttigieg, who ran in the Democratic primary in the 2020 presidential election, married in 2018. Three years later the couple adopted the twins at birth.
They now regularly share family photos on social media but kept things more private while Buttigieg was an administration official.
