On 'Two Much' with Kajol and Twinkle Khanna, Govinda shared that Subir Mukherjee's mother had helped his mom during a difficult situation. The actor added that he later got a chance to repay the debt by starring in Mukherjee's film, without any fees. Govinda shared that he just asked for a dozen bananas and a coconut as his remuneration.Govinda then talked about one of the songs from the film, which featured Samantha Fox. He said, "Toh vo picture ka gaana aaya aur saamne dekha toh, oh my God, Samantha Fox!” (Then the song for the film came, and when I saw her in front of me, I was like, “Oh my God, Samantha Fox!”)

Govinda reveals who helped him get his own dance style
