The situation unfolded at R.A. Studio near the L&T building over an hour on Thursday (October 30, 2025) afternoon.

Before the children were rescued, Mr. Arya allegedly released a video on social media, saying he wanted to speak to a few people and ask them questions, and he did not want money. He threatened that he would set the studio on fire if he were not allowed to do so.

The children aged around 15 years had been called for an “audition”, as per the preliminary information.

Further details are awaited.
