The accused identified all three slain terrorists, stating they had previously visited their Dhok (temporary shelter).

Hasim Musa was the mastermind of the April 22 attack.
Pahalgam terror harbourers identified all three terrorists, including Suleiman Shah, who were killed in Operation Mahadev in Kashmir’s Dachigam. The identification was confirmed after the National Investigation Agency (NIA) brought the previously arrested harbourers from Kot Lakhpat Jail to the encounter site for on-the-spot verification.
The accused identified all three slain terrorists, stating they had previously visited their Dhok (temporary shelter). Sources confirmed that all three were Pakistani nationals and part of the Lashkar-e-Taiba terror group.
Among the dead, the first has been identified as Suleiman Shah, also known as the mastermind of the Baisaran attack. The second is Jibran, while the third has been named as Hamza Afghani. One of the three — Hubaib Tahir, a resident of Khaigala in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) — has been positively identified by real name.
According to government sources, this was a high-precision operation driven by a combination of human and technical intelligence. The terrorists came under surveillance and were tracked down before forces were deployed for the final strike. Officials added that the identities were cross-verified with photographs and previous inputs.
CNN-News18 had earlier exclusively reported that all Baisaran attackers were among those eliminated in the Dachigam operation. The operation marks a significant success in India’s ongoing offensive against cross-border terror networks.
