Tollywood star and Deputy CM of Andhra Pradesh Pawan Kalyan recently revealed that watching horror movies helps him relax and calm his mind.During a conversation with ANI, Pawan Kalyan spoke about his interest in the horror genre.
He said that these films help him stop thinking too much and allow his mind to become peaceful.
Pawan Kalyan’s fondness for horror
Talking about horror movies, Pawan Kalyan said, "I like horror films because they engage me. They don't let me think. They arrest my mind. Otherwise, my mind goes haywire. When I don't get sleep, I watch a horror film and suddenly my mind calms down."Pawan Kalyan also spoke about the films that impressed him recently. He said he likes good storytelling and does not want to compare Hindi cinema with South Indian cinema.
Pawan Kalyan talks about film ‘Baramulla’
Among the recent movies he watched, he mentioned ‘Baramulla’ and praised its different approach. The film is directed by Aditya Suhas Jambhale and features Manav Kaul and Bhasha Sumbli in important roles.Speaking about the film, Pawan Kalyan said, "What he conveyed in that film was entirely different. I felt it was a great narrative approach."This is not the first time Pawan Kalyan shared his fondness for the horror genre.
As per 123Telugu, Pawan Kalyan shared that confronting fictional demons on television is preferable to addressing real-life obstacles. He said, "Instead of facing devils in outside, I prefer to face devils on screen".
Pawan Kalyan’s work front
Pawan Kalyan was last seen in the cop action drama, ‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh’ directed by Harish Shankar. It also includes Sreeleela, Raashii Khanna, Ashutosh Rana, Nawab Shah, B. S. Avinash, Gautami and Chammak Chandra in important roles.The film was released on March 19 clashing with Ranveer Singh’s ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ directed by Aditya Dhar.
