Season 12 of the Pro Kabaddi League is set to kick off on the 29th of August in Vizag as Jaipur, Chennai and Delhi venues return to the circuit.

The 12th season of the Pro Kabaddi League is set to begin on the 29th of August, 2025 as the venues in Vizag, Jaipur, Chennai and Delhi mark their return to the circuit.
The upcoming campaign of PKL, which has transformed India’s indigenous sport of Kabaddi and its athletes on the national and global stage, will see the 12 teams battle for ultimate glory and promises high-octane action and drama.
The tournament is set to begin with a blockbuster weekend in Vizag at Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium, with Telugu Titans facing Tamil Thalaivas and Bengaluru Bulls locking horns with Puneri Paltan in the second clash of the day.
Hosts Telugu Titans, will be seen in action once again on the 30th of August, as they take on UP Yoddhas for the first match of the evening, before U Mumba take on the Gujarat Giants.

Super Sunday will see Tamil Thalaivas and U Mumba face off, while reigning champions Haryana Steelers begin their title defence against the Bengal Warriorz, wrapping up an exciting first three days of kabaddi action.
The PKL’s return to Vizag is a thrilling homecoming for the coastal city after a seven-year break. This stronghold in Andhra Pradesh last experienced the excitement of PKL during Season 6 in 2018, adding to its rich history of hosting the league since Seasons 1 and 3.
The action then shifts to Jaipur’s Indoor Hall, SMS Stadium from Friday, September 12, featuring exhilarating matches between two-time champions Jaipur Pink Panthers and Bengaluru Bulls, followed by Tamil Thalaivas versus Bengal Warriorz. The Pink City is significant in PKL history, having hosted the historic 1000th PKL match during the landmark Season 10 in 2023-24.
The third leg begins at Chennai’s SDAT Multipurpose Indoor Stadium on September 29. UP Yoddhas will take on Gujarat Giants, while Dabang Delhi K.C. will face Haryana Steelers in a match where Naveen Kumar will confront his former team.
The league stage of Season 12 will culminate at Delhi’s Thyagaraj Sports Complex from October 13, featuring Patna Pirates battling Haryana Steelers, while U Mumba faces UP Yoddhas. The league rounds will conclude with triple headers, ensuring nonstop kabaddi action for fans leading up to the playoffs. The playoffs schedule will be announced at a later date.

The Pro Kabaddi League Season 12 will be broadcast live on the Star Sports Network and streamed on JioHotstar.
