Exciting news for students of Patliputra University! The highly anticipated undergraduate first-semester exams for the 2025-29 batch kick off on December 15 and wrap up on December 20. Spanning a comprehensive four-year CBCS program, these assessments will be conducted at 53 designated centers across Patna and Nalanda.
Patna: Patliputra University (PPU) will conduct the undergraduate (UG) first semester examinations for the academic session 2025-29 from December 15. The examinations, meant for students enrolled in the regular four-year choice based credit system (CBCS) course programme, will conclude on December 20, said PPU examination controller Manoj Kumar.According to Kumar, the exams will be held across 53 examination centres spread over Patna and Nalanda districts of the state in two sittings — 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm. “All necessary arrangements have been put in place to ensure the smooth and timely conduct of the examinations,” he said.To maintain transparency and prevent any unfair practices, the university has deployed observers at each examination centre. In addition, all centres will be monitored through closed-circuit television cameras, bringing the entire examination process under strict surveillance.“The university has asked the district administration to coordinate with the centre superintendents of the examination centres and ensure a peaceful conduct of the examination,” Kumar said.
