‘Premante’ OTT release: Priyadarshi Pullikonda and Anandhi star in Telugu drama to stream on THIS platform-details inside

The movie is set to release on Netflix. The OTT giant took to their social media handle to share the news. Sharing a poster of the film, they wrote, “Andhamaina vaibhavala veduka ey kadha premante,” which loosely translates to English as, “Love is a beautiful celebration filled with grandeur and joy.”

The movie can be streamed from December 19, 2025, and will be available in multiple languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.

Plot of the film

Directed and written by Navaneeth Sriram, ‘Premante’ marks his debut as a filmmaker. The film tells the story of a quirky couple whose marriage faces multiple hurdles, including interference from a police officer trying to separate them. As the film progresses ahead, it shows the wife finds out about some of the husband’s dark secrets but also decides to give him one last chance to change. The rest of the story follows how he tries to set things right.

‘Premante’ box office run

Although ‘Premante’ was made on a small budget and failed to make a strong impact at the box office, it has now secured a safe space through its OTT deal with the OTT giant. The movie, upon its OTT release, secured an estimated Rs 1.55 crore in India and close to Rs 2 crore worldwide, according to trade analyst Sacnilk.The male lead, Priyadarshi, was recently seen in multiple releases, including the Ram Charan starrer ‘Game Changer,’ ‘28 Degree Celsius,’ and more. He also received wide appreciation with the legal drama film, ‘Court—State vs A Nobody.’
