Premier League champions Liverpool went to the top of the table with 12 points in 4 games following a 1-0 win over Burnley at Turf Moor on Sunday.

Mohamed Salah netted the lone strike of the game in the fifth minute of second-half injury time to pick up all the points on offer on the road.

Lesley Ugichukwu was shown the red card by the man in the middle five minutes before time as Burnley were reduced to ten men before Salah converted from the spot to keep Liverpool’s perfect record in the PL this season, thus far alive.

Salah rifled one into the top corner of the net towards the fag end of the game to extend Liverpool’s run of picking up injury-time winners.
