Principals, educators felicitated with Savitribai Phule Award

In a ceremony organised jointly by Indraprastha Schools Sahodaya and Delhi Sahodaya Schools Complex, Shri Sanjay Kumar, IAS, Secretary, Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education, felicitated principals and educators for their outstanding contribution to education.Among the awardees was Mrs Rashmi Raj Biswal, Principal of DAV Pushpanjali, who was felicitated at the event. Ms Alka Dhamija, Supervisory Head (Classes IX & X), and Ms Jyotsna Kumar, Coordinator (Cambridge), were conferred with the prestigious 6th Savitribai Phule Award in the presence of eminent guests.Instituted in memory of Savitribai Phule, India’s first female teacher and a pioneer of women’s education and social reform, the award honours individuals who have made significant contributions to the cause of education and empowerment.
